Our houses are designed by planned engineering with built wooden panel exterior and interior door systems and covering floor beam with roof frame truss.
• KITCHEN
30 mm thick of laminate bench is located on a stem which is made of 18 mm thick of wooden chip board.Tops and profiles are covered by PVC that is on MDF.There are metal hadles as accessories on the cupboards and also these can be designed in many different ways depending on your requests.In the kıtchens some machines standart located,these are dish washer,fridge,ancastre owen equıpments.
• BATHROOM
The cupboard and washbasin are produced from marble bench which are installed on a wooden fabric as hilton type.The floor and on teh walls that are exposed to water are made by ceramic tile.Other on the wall surfaces are made by vinly paper.
• LAUNDRY ROOM CASE
On the first floor a special cupboard which has fresh and used water installation is designed for washing,drying machines and ironing boards.
• STAIRS
The interior stairs are produced with coverage of massive and lamine on MDF.The stair handles and pillars are wooden massive.
• FLOOR MATERIALS
Livingroom,kitchen,WC,bathroom,terrace and verandas are made by ceramic tile;bedrooms and corridors are made by laminate parguet.
• CENTRAL VACUUMING (OPTIONAL)
A vacuum unit will be put in the store that will provide cleaning with vacuum in each room without using vacuum cleaner.
• HEATING AND COOLING
Heating and cooling system will be provided by fancoilheat-pump air-condition system.
• DOORS
The exterior door is made by steel which seems as wooden.The interior doors will be American panel type door.
• ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENTS
The electrical installment will be designed with non-additional cables from mainfuse to energy satrting point which are located in the spiral pipes.Current relay will be put into the system.
• FRESH WATER AND USED WATER SYSTEMS
The fresh and used water installment will be manufactured with PVC pipes.Fresh water installment will be designed by a boiler that is bounded to the solar energy system and this will be heated up for using in the kitchen,bathroom and WC.
